Since 1996 SNAP Innovation has been supporting publishing houses, media service providers and marketing professionals in optimizing the production of content. Today we work with 11 colleagues in Hamburg and Munich.
For this purpose we have a portfolio of software solutions, which we compile into a tailor-made production system for our customers. Since these are widely used standard systems, the costs for implementation and operation are manageable. The respective manufacturers have been in the market for years and guarantee continuous further development, which is also influenced by the feedback of our customers.
An experienced team of developers is available to adapt standard systems to customer-specific requirements. For the implementation of customer projects SNAP has an experienced team of consultants. Some of our employees have worked for years in responsible positions in publishing houses themselves.
Today, leading media companies such as Hubert Burda Media, the Funke Media Group, Wort und Bild Verlag and many others rely on SNAP’s editorial solutions. In total, we have rolled out and put into operation over 4000 editorial workstations in publishing houses and at media service providers, companies and agencies.
Also innovative enterprises from industry and service rely on SNAP when it comes to optimizing content production, among others ADAC, C3, the European Union, or Bissinger+.
During runtime of the systems our customers use SNAP’s support hotline, which is available daily between 8 a.m. and midnight and proactively monitors the systems via CENTREON.
Some customers have the production systems hosted by SNAP, sometimes the client programs are also made available online via terminal server. Here SNAP works together with established data center service providers.
